Identities of Atheist societies and organisations overall tend to aesthetically masculine, with the use of thick cold type face. However, reading and listening to British biologist and atheist Richard Dawkins he often refers to how beautiful nature is and how elegant evolution is. In his talks and books one envisages a more feminie identity for atheism. This project sought to, respoce to Dawkin’s work, bring forward a more feminie identity for atheism. In doing this I experimented with patterns from science and nature as well as more cursive typefaces. I chose Bickman Script Pro for the A because of it’s feminine qualities and offset this with Lucida Bight to add sophistication and more official feel.
